Please read these terms carefully before using the q8q platform — all rules regarding accounts, bonuses, transactions, and responsible gaming are clearly set out here.

Important Notice: These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the q8q platform and the user. By registering or using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. This service is available only to persons aged 21 or above.

q8q (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", or "q8q") is an online gaming and entertainment service provider operating in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the q8q website (https://q8q.cam) and all related services.

Key definitions used in these terms are provided below:

  • "User" or "Member" — any person who is registered on the q8q platform or who uses this service.
  • "Account" — a user's personal registered account on the q8q platform.
  • "Bonus Funds" — money awarded as part of a promotional offer that becomes withdrawable after specific conditions are met.
  • "Real Money" — the user's own funds deposited into the platform.
  • "Bet" — a wager placed on any game, event, or market.
  • "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they can be withdrawn.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

The following conditions must be met to register and use the q8q platform:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older.
  • You must be a resident of Bangladesh or be accessing the service from Bangladesh.
  • You may only hold one account in your own name.

  • Your account must not have been previously closed or banned by q8q.
Age Verification: q8q may request proof of age at any time. A national identity card, passport, or driving licence are accepted as valid proof. If documents are not submitted or false information is found, the account may be suspended or closed.

Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If we confirm that a user is under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To register on the q8q platform, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. Any changes to the information provided at registration must be reported to our support team without delay.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, this will be treated as bonus abuse and all accounts will be closed. Deposited funds will not be returned in such cases.

3.3 Login Security

Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow third parties to use your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all activity carried out using your login details.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

For security and fraud prevention purposes, q8q may conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) process when required. This process may involve verifying your identity document, proof of address, and ownership of the payment method used.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on the q8q platform is ৳300 (by any method). A separate maximum limit may apply to individual transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this timeframe may differ during KYC verification or security reviews.

4.3 Accepted Payment Methods

q8q currently supports the following payment methods:

Important: Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used to make the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

4.4 Transaction Verification

All deposit and withdrawal requests go through q8q's verification process. q8q reserves the right to suspend any transaction if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.

4.5 Taxes and Charges

Any transaction charges imposed by the payment provider are the responsibility of the user. q8q does not deduct any additional charges at the time of deposit.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

q8q offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To claim this bonus, a qualifying deposit must be made and the promotion's terms must be met.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus. Before withdrawing, you must place a total of ৳15,000 (15 × ৳1,000) in bets.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • The bonus may only be claimed once — on your first deposit as a new member.
  • A time limit for completing the wagering requirement may apply.
  • The maximum single bet amount placed using bonus funds may be restricted.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
  • If bonus abuse is found, q8q reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 VIP and Cashback

q8q's VIP programme has three tiers:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Members gradually advance to higher VIP tiers based on regular gameplay and activity. Each tier comes with additional benefits and personalised offers.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 General Gameplay Terms

The q8q platform offers slot games, live casino, fishing games, cricket betting, and other games. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed when the game loads.

  • If a technical error is found in a game result, that round will be considered void.
  • If the internet connection is lost, the outcome of any active bet will be determined according to the data stored on the server.
  • Server logs are always considered final and binding evidence.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

In sports betting, odds provided before a match starts are subject to change. Markets may be suspended at any time during live betting. In any betting dispute, the decision of q8q's sports department is final.

6.3 Winnings Limits and Policy

q8q reserves the right to set limits on single winnings for specific games or sessions. If an abnormal or unreasonable winning amount occurs due to a system error, that transaction will be subject to review.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the q8q platform:

  • Opening accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse or bonus hunting
  • Using fraudulent software, bots, or automation tools
  • Attempting to influence the outcome of games
  • Stealing another member's account information or hacking accounts
  • Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
  • Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform
  • Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network
  • Registering under a false identity
Warning: If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed, all funds will be forfeited, and information may be handed over to law enforcement agencies if required.

10.2 Closure at q8q's Initiative

q8q reserves the right to close or suspend an account under any of the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions
  • Fraudulent or deceptive activity
  • Bonus abuse
  • Providing false information
  • Extended period of account inactivity
  • Failure to provide KYC documents

10.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for an extended continuous period, the account may be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts — users will be notified in advance by email.

Limitation of Liability

q8q bears no liability for the following:

  • Interruption to games or betting due to internet connectivity issues
  • Disclosure of account information due to the user's own actions
  • Delays or failures in third-party payment systems
  • Service disruption due to external causes (natural disasters, cyberattacks)
  • Financial losses related to the user's gaming

Services provided through the q8q platform are offered on an "as is" basis. q8q does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, but always strives to deliver the highest quality of service.

Changes to Terms

q8q reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be informed via email or through a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as acceptance of the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the updated terms, please request to close your account.
